 * Du codest mit hohem Hebel und hoher Geschwindigkeit. AI-gestützte Entwicklung (Claude Code o.ä.) ist für dich Alltag
 * Du arbeitest mit hoher Autonomie. Du übernimmst Ownership, triffst Entscheidungen und bringst sie zu Ende
 * Du fühlst dich wohl dabei, mehrdeutige Probleme zu lösen, für die es noch keinen klaren Weg gibt
 * Dir sind Impact und volle Ownership für dein Projekt wichtiger als starre Arbeitszeiten
 * Du kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch (C1). Deutsch ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss

## Description

* Du baust unser Produkt end-to-end: vom Interface, dem Anwält:innen vertrauen, über die Backend-Services bis zur Infrastruktur, auf der alles läuft
 * Du verzahnst unseren Agenten-Core mit dem Produkt. Du übersetzt autonome, komplexe Workflows in Features, die sich einfach und sicher anfühlen
 * Du ownst Deployment und Betrieb: CI/CD, Hyperscaler (AWS/GCP/Azure) und/oder Kubernetes, Monitoring
 * Du codest mit hohem Hebel. Mit Claude Code (oder deinem Tool der Wahl) bringst du Features schnell live
 * Du integrierst GenAI dort, wo sie echten Mehrwert schafft, mit Blick auf Verlässlichkeit, Kosten und Qualität
 * Du arbeitest eng mit dem Gründerteam und mit Produkt zusammen und gestaltest die Produkt- und Tech-Strategie aktiv mit
 * Du achtest über den ganzen Stack auf Qualität, also Tests, Security und Wartbarkeit
 * Du bringst proaktiv Ideen ein. Du wartest nicht auf Tickets, sondern erkennst selbst, wo du mit Code den größten Business-Impact erzeugst
