## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Senior iOS Engineer with a strong track record in building high-quality iOS applications or SDKs
 * Strong expertise in Swift and iOS frameworks (Cocoa Touch, UIKit, etc.)
 * Experience designing and maintaining scalable, testable codebases and APIs
 * Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns and best practices
 * Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating them into mobile applications
 * Experience with testing frameworks and automation tools (e.g., unit, integration, performance testing, Fastlane)
 * Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to drive complex initiatives
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams, * Experience developing and maintaining iOS SDKs
 * Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
 * Exposure to other platforms (Android, cross-platform frameworks)
 * Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices

## Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior iOS Engineer to help us build an SDK that is reliable, secure, and high-performing across a wide range of devices and environments. As our user base continues to grow, ensuring a seamless experience - even on older devices and slower networks - is critical.

This role is key to developing a lean, efficient, and scalable app that integrates smoothly with partner applications. Your expertise will help tackle challenges around performance optimisation, reliability, and usability, keeping Veriff at the forefront of digital identity verification., * Designing, developing, and maintaining our iOS SDK using Swift, ensuring high performance, security, and usability

 * Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers
 * Addressing challenges related to performance and compatibility across a wide range of devices and network conditions
 * Implementing and improving testing strategies, including unit, integration, and performance testing
 * Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring other engineers
 * Identifying and advocating for new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve development efficiency and product quality
 * Proactively identifying bottlenecks and resolving issues to ensure reliability and stability
 * Contributing to the technical direction of the iOS SDK and helping shape the future of Veriff's mobile products
