We are looking for a Tier II Network Engineer to support an IC program delivering network support to the customer's various wide area networks (WANs) and local area networks (LANs). This position will provide support to an enterprise level infrastructure across multiple classifications. The Network Engineer responsibilities will include: * The Tier II network field technician will support the installation and maintenance of the client LAN/WAN devices. * Respond to and resolve incidents, demonstrate troubleshooting skills and communicate with the team. * Complete assigned tasks within Service Level Objectives/Agreements (SLOs/SLAs). * Draft and implement standard network change requests. * Provide support to Tier III network engineers for incident management and projects (site surveys, TEMS, coordinate and install new equipment). * Perform configuration management functions such as update topology drawings, ensure asset management records are accurate, and conduct inventory. * Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
