Should a lower score be achieved, the government may consider waiving the requirement, at the request of the contractor. * Demonstrated aptitude in working with current, industry-standard electronic publishing computer systems, applications, and databases. * Strong presentation and Interpersonal skills. * Excellent writing skills. * Familiarity with basic print-based and web-based design principles. * Working knowledge of web and multimedia technologies, and the ability to test and troubleshoot interactive and multimedia products using these technologies. * Familiarity with the US Intelligence Community--specifically, imagery collection and exploitation. * Experience in problem identification and analysis. * Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Ability to research and gather information. * Excellent customer service skills. * Experience in developing working relationships and networking. * Ability to ensure consistency in content, clarity, and appropriateness for intended audiences. * Must have production editing experience (not just technical editing experience)., * At least three years of professional relevant editing experience AND an undergraduate degree in English, journalism, or a related field (history, philosophy, liberal arts, or professional writing, but NOT including broadcast journalism, broadcast communications, IT/technical writing, or grant/proposal writing), OR at least seven years of professional editing experience without the specified degree. ## Description Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-level Enhancement Specialist to join our team. The Mid-level Enhancement Specialist shall provide editorial services as described below and in accordance with the most recent customer production guidance. The Enhancement Specialist shall be responsible for providing all support services and products required to complete the detailed description of work and responsibilities described herein.
