## About the Role

You'll be responsible for developing secure, cloud-native Python applications while helping improve platform capabilities, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code and developer experience across a large-scale AWS environment.

Essential Skills

 * Strong commercial Python development experience
 * AWS cloud development experience
 * Terraform (or other Infrastructure as Code tools)
 * CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
 * Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)
 * Observability and monitoring tooling
 * Experience supporting production systems and incident investigation

Desirable

 * Platform Engineering or DevOps experience
 * Shift-left security practices
 * Building reusable IaC modules and CI/CD components
 * Experience promoting engineering best practices across teams

Requirements

 * Active transferable SC Security Clearance
 * Willingness to join an on-call rota once fully onboarded
