* Experience within the IT and Digital sector,

About the Role

 * As an IT Digital Lecturer at Kidderminster College, you will:
 * Deliver engaging and innovative lessons across IT and Digital programmes, including T Level provision,
 * Plan and prepare learning activities that meet awarding body and curriculum requirements,
 * Support learners in developing technical knowledge, digital skills, and workplace readiness,
 * Assess learner progress and provide timely, constructive feedback,
 * Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment,
 * Work collaboratively with colleagues and employer partners to enhance the learner experience.
