 * Hands-on experience with OpenShift, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
 * Proven experience designing APIs, event-driven architectures and cloud-native applications.
 * Strong understanding of DevOps, observability tools, Grafana/Kibana and software quality practices.
 * Experience modernising legacy systems and delivering software within Agile environments.
 * Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

## Description

* Design, develop and support modern web applications and REST APIs using Java, Spring Boot and React.
 * Deliver secure, scalable and maintainable solutions within an OpenShift environment.
 * Enhance automation capabilities, case management solutions and digital customer journeys.
 * Design and integrate APIs using service-oriented and event-driven architecture.
 * Produce high-quality, test-driven code using TDD, pair programming and code reviews.
 * Develop accessible, responsive user interfaces using React, Next.js, JavaScript and TypeScript.
 * Create and maintain automated UI tests using Playwright.
 * Support CI/CD pipelines, application monitoring, troubleshooting and production support.
 * Work collaboratively within Agile (Kanban) teams, contributing to technical design and continuous improvement.
 * Coach and mentor colleagues while promoting engineering best practices.
