This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a high level of mentorship from consultants who have decades of experience in the field., * A basic understanding of Agile principles or Scrum frameworks, perhaps from a certification course, university project, or internship. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain timelines and tasks clearly to both technical and non technical people. * A high level of comfort with remote work tools and a disciplined approach to staying organized without an office environment. * An interest in business consulting and how finance teams use data to make decisions. * The ability to listen carefully and document technical requirements accurately. * A proactive approach to solving problems, such as noticing when a task is stalled and asking the right questions to move it forward. * Familiarity with project management software like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps is helpful but not required. ## Description In this role, you will help coordinate a team of senior consultants working on complex system fixes. You are not expected to be a technical expert in Oracle or SAP systems yet, but you should be someone who enjoys bringing order to a technical project. You will assist in managing the daily flow of tasks, helping the team adhere to clear timelines while keeping our partner in Hamburg updated on our progress., Working as a Junior Scrum Master at Alpine Business Consulting involves managing the administrative and organizational side of our project delivery.
