* Analyse von IT-Anforderungen, Implementierung effizienter Abläufe und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der IT-Prozesse sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Customer Service und Field Services
 * Identifikation potenzieller Risiken, Entwicklung von Strategien zur Risikominimierung und Anpassung des Projektplans bei unvorhergesehenen Ereignissen
 * regelmäßige Berichterstattung an Stakeholder, Abstimmung mit internen Kunden und Management sowie Unterstützung als LSU für unsere Hauptprogramme
 * Analyse von IT-Anforderungen, Implementierung effizienter Abläufe und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der IT-Prozesse, * flexible Arbeitszeiten
