 * Be an early applicant, * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines interdisziplinären Teams (bis zu 8 Mitarbeitern) aus Infrastruktur-, Security- und Business-IT-Experten sowie IT-Governance
 * Aufbau und Etablierung der Teamstruktur und Verantwortungsbereiche
 * Verantwortung für die Administration und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastrukturkomponenten sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT-Betriebs gemäß aufsichtsrechtlicher Anforderungen
 * Operative Absicherung der IT- und Informationssicherheit als Teil der ersten Verteidigungslinie
 * Hauptansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und interne Revision bei IT-Prüfungshandlungen
 * Gestaltung und Pflege des IT-Governance-Rahmenwerks sowie Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen
 * Steuerung von IT-Dienstleistern und Lieferanten; Servicebereitstellung für interne Abteilungen und Schwestergesellschaft SICORE
 * Sicherstellung der Servicequalität hinsichtlich Zeit, Kosten und Umfang
 * Koordination von Störungsmanagement und Anforderungsbearbeitung inkl. Eskalationsmanagement bei Systemausfällen
 * Aktives Stakeholder- und Schnittstellenmanagement innerhalb der Organisation
