 * Erfahrung in Training/Enablement (Berater/Endanwender) sowie fachlicher & disziplinarischer Führung von SAP-Beraterteams Strategisches, innovationsorientiertes Mindset sowie idealerweise Erfahrung im Aufbau skalierbarer SAP-Security-Services/Assets und im Aufbau und in der Nutzung von Partnerschaften zur Standardisierung, Enablement und Prozessoptimierung

## Description

* Du verantwortest SAP-Security-Governance: Rollen-/Berechtigungsdesign (ECC/S/4HANA, Fiori), Zugriffskontrollen, Dokumentation und Audit-Readiness
 * Du berätst Fachbereiche, IT und Security zu Rollenarchitektur, SoD und Zugriffskontrollen und begleitest Audits/Prüfungen
 * Du sicherst SAP Fiori ab (OData-Services, app-spezifische Kataloge, Berechtigungsobjekte)
 * Du steuerst Berechtigungsmigrationen in S/4HANA-Transformationen inkl. Redesign gewachsener Rollenstrukturen
 * Du automatisierst Berechtigungsprüfungen und etablierst revisionskonforme SoD-Prozesse mit Analyse-/Security-Tools
 * Du verantwortest Betrieb & Standards, treibst die SAP Security Strategie & Roadmap (Portfolio/Methodik), steuerst Partnermanagement und unterstützt Sales bei Ausschreibungen und Angeboten
