## About the Role

· Formation en informatique (Bac à Bac+2 : BTS SIO, DUT Informatique, TSSR ou équivalent)

· Première expérience appréciée sur un poste de technicien informatique / support IT

· Connaissances en environnements Windows, matériels informatiques et réseaux

· Capacité à intervenir en autonomie tout en travaillant en équipe

· Sens du service, pédagogie et bon relationnel

· Rigueur, organisation et capacité d'adaptation

· Permis B apprécié (déplacements entre sites)

## Description

Vous interviendrez sur trois sites et participerez activement à des projets structurants, notamment l'informatisation des salles de classe d'un bâtiment entièrement rénové., · Assurer le support informatique de proximité (niveau 1 et 2) auprès des utilisateurs

· Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail, périphériques et équipements numériques

· Participer à l'équipement informatique des salles de classe (PC, vidéoprojecteurs, écrans interactifs, réseaux)

· Intervenir sur les trois sites de l'établissement

· Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels et logiciels

· Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective du parc informatique

· Participer au suivi des stocks et à la gestion du matériel

· Appliquer les procédures de sécurité informatique et de sauvegarde

· Collaborer avec le responsable informatique sur les projets en cours
