* Formation Bac+2 informatique ou équivalent

 * Poste basé à Anglet (64) - déplacements ponctuels en Nouvelle Aquitaine, * Bac+2 minimum en informatique (ou expérience confirmée équivalente en support/administration systèmes)

 * 2 ans d'expérience minimum sur un poste similaire

 * Bonne maîtrise de l'environnement Microsoft : Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365, Intune

 * À l'aise avec les outils de ticketing (GLPI ou équivalent) - notions PowerShell appréciées

 * Rigueur, pédagogie et vrai sens du service

## Description

* Prendre en charge le support utilisateurs (niveau 1 et 2), diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels/logiciels, à distance et sur site

 * Administrer l'environnement Microsoft : Active Directory, GPO, Intune, gestion des droits et de la sécurité

 * Gérer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), utilisateurs et licences

 * Déployer, configurer et maintenir le parc de postes Windows

 * Suivre le stock matériel : réception, inventaire, préparation des équipements pour les nouveaux arrivants
