 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen sowie einfachen Netzwerkstörungen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Windows-10-/11-Arbeitsplätzen sowie Microsoft-365-Umgebungen
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungen im Active Directory
 * Einrichtung und Betreuung von Notebooks, Arbeitsplätzen und Peripheriegeräten
 * Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von IT-Anfragen über ein Ticketsystem
 * Unterstützung der Anwender sowohl vor Ort als auch remote
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen IT-Teams zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs
