Partners with the ServiceNow Project Lead to guide architecture and design decisions, ensuring best practices and scalable implementation. Supports early-stage CMDB development, establishing foundational structures, governance, and ingestion patterns. Combines ServiceNow platform expertise with hands-on technical architecture experience across AWS, observability platforms (Splunk, Dynatrace), identity management (Okta), incident management (PagerDuty), and PostgreSQL. Understands how business processes and technical architecture impact one another, and leverages AI-driven automation (NowAssist) to streamline CMDB operations.
