Proven experience in Workday implementation (client?side strongly preferred)
Workday certifications good to have
Experience in Core HCM and, at least one other module (Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Learning)
Strong program/project management experience
Experience managing external vendors/system integrators
Solid understanding of HR processes (e.G., Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll)
Strong ownership and autonomy
