## About the Role

Advanced working knowledge of Service Cloud (deep understanding of Omni?Channel routing, Service Console, Case Management, Email?to?Case, Web?to?Case, Knowledge Management, Entitlements and Milestones, Digital Engagement and Chat, Embedded Messaging, Queues and Assignment Rules)
Working knowledge of relational database design concepts and data management
Proficiency with data manipulation tools and uploading techniques (Data Loader, Workbench, Inspector) and good analytical skills
Experience working with international teams
Knowledge of agile methodology / processes
Understanding of business processes
Ability to troubleshoot system, process and data issues
Strong communication skills, open to discussions, team?oriented, with a hands?on attitude; able to explain technical decisions to non?technical stakeholders
Demonstrated analytical, problem?solving and logical skills, with the ability to lead others
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus in our global environment)
Mastery of advanced Salesforce features (Flows, validations, complex formulas)
Experience implementing solutions using best practices
Experience with release management tools
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant or Sales Cloud
