This is a predominantly data-focused role (approximately 80%), centred on analysing, validating and standardising customer-submitted data to meet regulatory requirements. Alongside this, you'll act as a trusted point of contact for customers, providing clear guidance and support throughout compliance submission periods. We're looking for someone highly analytical, detail-oriented and confident working with complex Excel datasets - as well as comfortable communicating clearly with customers when needed. A quick look at the role. As a Compliance Data Specialist, you will take ownership of customer data from receipt through to final submission. Customer datasets often vary in structure and format, so you'll use advanced Excel skills and logical problem-solving to cleanse, manipulate and standardise information in line with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth submission cycles, resolve data queries efficiently, and maintain high standards of accuracy and documentation.
