You enjoy working across multiple stakeholders and functions, bringing structure, organisation and strong communication skills to every project., * APM, Prince2 or equivalent project management qualification * Experience delivering business transformation or change management projects * Strong understanding of finance processes such as P2P, O2C and R2R * Experience working with finance systems and IT implementation projects * Proven ability to manage project budgets, governance, risks and stakeholder engagement * Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills with the ability to influence at all levels ## Description We are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to drive finance transformation initiatives across the Group. Working closely with Finance, IT and operational stakeholders, you will lead a portfolio of strategic projects focused on improving finance systems, processes and ways of working. Reporting into the finance leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering change from concept through to implementation, ensuring projects are effectively planned, governed and embedded into the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled project professional who enjoys managing multiple workstreams, engaging senior stakeholders and delivering measurable business improvements.
