 * Strong Oracle Fusion HCM experience
 * Expertise across Core HR and Payroll
 * Knowledge of Absence Management and Time & Labour
 * Experience supporting live Oracle Cloud services
 * Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
 * Understanding of Oracle security concepts

Desirable

 * UK Payroll legislation knowledge
 * OTBI or BI Publisher reporting experience
 * ServiceNow, Jira or Tosca experience
 * Public Sector HR or Payroll experience

## Description

An excellent opportunity for a DV Cleared Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join a major Oracle Cloud programme. You will support and enhance key HR and Payroll services, working with stakeholders to deliver functional improvements while maintaining a critical live environment., * Support Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll operations

 * Configure and enhance HCM functionality
 * Gather and document business requirements
 * Support Oracle quarterly releases and legislative updates
 * Assist with testing, documentation and knowledge management
 * Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on change initiatives
