The ideal candidate can design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions, optimize infrastructure for efficiency and performance, and drive consistent automation and governance practices. Responsibilities: * Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient Azure infrastructure solutions * Own Azure infrastructure implementation for compute, storage, networking components, and Platform as a Service * Define and enforce Infrastructure as Code patterns using PowerShell, ARM templates, and Azure Automation * Implement and enforce Azure security best practices and compliance standards across infrastructure services * Lead troubleshooting for complex infrastructure issues and drive reliability improvements * Establish monitoring and operational practices to maintain system performance and reduce service degradation * Implement and enforce governance controls using Azure Policy and Key Vault * Conduct policy audits and ensure compliance across Azure resources * Standardize and analyze Azure resource usage; support cost optimization strategies * Collaborate with developers, operations, and security personnel to support technology strategy, At CAPTRUST, we are committed to building and maintaining a diverse workforce and inclusive work environment where ALL colleagues feel authentically seen, respected, and supported.
