L'équipe est actuellement structurée en mode Agile : Product Owner, Scrum Master, 2 Ingénieurs Plateforme CI/CD, 1 Ingénieur Plateforme Cloud, 1 SRE, 2 Experts Échanges / Intégration, 1 Expert Atlassian, 2 Experts Mainframe.

MissionsAKS pour les runners Github Actions : mettre à disposition et maintenir l'infrastructure qui exécute les runners.

Modules terraform : collaborer avec les ingénieurs cloud pour concevoir et intégrer les modules Terraform à la plateforme d'ingénierie.

Infrastructure as a service : mettre à disposition des Github Actions sur étagère pour permettre aux développeurs de créer les infrastructures de leurs applications. Ceci nécessite la création d'un format pivot des descriptions d'architecture d'une application qui permet à la fois d'orchestrer la création de l'infrastructure et de documenter l'architecture de l'application.

CI/CD via GitHub Actions : collaborer avec les ingénieurs CI/CD pour déployer les workflows GitHub Actions en self-service.

GitOps : concevoir l'architecture cible GitOps en co-construction avec les équipes DevX et Cloud.
