## About the Role

* Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum en ESN, avec une spécialisation marquée sur le secteur Banque / Finance.
 * Vous avez déjà adressé des entités complexes (type BNP, Société Générale, BPCE...) et maîtrisez les codes des directions achats et des portails de soumission.
 * 'Chasseur' résilient, vous maîtrisez les cycles de vente longs et le recrutement de profils pénuriques.
 * Vous recherchez un environnement moins rigide que les 'Majors' pour exprimer votre potentiel entrepreneurial.

## Description

En lien direct avec les fondateurs, vous prenez la responsabilité du développement du pôle Banque/Finance :

 * Activer et dynamiser le référencement bancaire (CIB/ITG), identifier les donneurs d'ordres et ouvrir de nouveaux comptes stratégiques dans l'écosystème BFI.
 * Identifier, attirer et recruter vos futurs consultants experts (Développeurs, Experts Cloud/Infra, Cybersécurité, MOA Finance).
 * Assurer le coaching de carrière de vos consultants et la qualité des prestations délivrées.
 * Piloter la rentabilité de votre centre de profit avec une grande autonomie de décision.
