## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Computer operation?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, We seek individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and eager to make a difference. If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for mental health, you'll thrive in this role., * Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED

 * Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
 * Valid Driver's License: Possess valid driver's license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of driving experience, 23 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years.
 * Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs, * Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
 * Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite
 * Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology (preferred but not required)

## Description

As a Mental Health Technician (Client Coordinator), you'll be a vital part of the treatment process, ensuring that clients receive the care, guidance, and support they need. Your daily responsibilities will include:

 * Providing Direct Support - Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment
 * Transportation & Safety - Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments
 * Behavioral Observation - Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams
 * Medication Support - Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self-administration
 * Environment Maintenance - Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilities
 * Facilitating Group Activities - Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions
 * Emergency Response - Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety drills, and respond to crises as needed
