## About the Role

As a Kafka Developer, you will design and operate a strategic Event Stream platform built on Kafka, Kafka Connect, ELK and IBM IDR. You will own day-to-day administration, drive onboarding projects, and create end-to-end streaming solutions aligned with business use cases globally. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable data pipelines and contribute to platform reliability and observability. This role offers the chance to shape a high-impact data streaming platform within a diverse, innovation-driven environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios * Own relationships with infrastructure providers and software vendors to implement new Kafka solutions * Define best practices for streaming concepts and design appropriate architectures * Build monitoring, observability tools and dashboards to ensure cluster health *
