Contribute to engineering best practices and help teammates level up with AI tools.What We're Looking For (Must-haves)- Several years of experience building production Go services (we welcome both mid-level and senior engineers).

 - Product mindset: ability to understand user problems and translate them into technical solutions.
 - Experience designing REST/gRPC APIs with a focus on developer experience and backward compatibility.
 - Experience with observability tools and incident response.
 - Comfortable experimenting with AI coding tools (training provided).
 - Willingness to work across the stack: you don't need to be a React expert, but you should be excited to learn and contribute.Nice-to-haves- React/TypeScript experience.
 - Experience building developer-facing APIs and SDKs.
 - Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Tasks) and Spanner DB.
 - Experience mentoring and improving team testing practices.Our Tech Stack- Backend: Go, Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Spanner, Pub/Sub), Terraform.
