## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise in Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Agile Coach, Scrum Master oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Scrum, Kanban sowie idealerweise SAFe
 * Erfahrung im Coaching von Entwicklungsteams und Führungskräften
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz
 * Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Coaching und Begleitung von Engineering-Teams bei der Einführung, Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung agiler Arbeitsweisen
 * Unterstützung von Führungskräften, Product Ownern und Entwicklungsteams bei der Anwendung agiler Methoden und Prinzipien
 * Planung, Moderation und Nachbereitung von Scrum-Events, Workshops sowie PI-Plannings im SAFe-Umfeld
 * Begleitung von Veränderungs- und Transformationsprozessen im agilen Umfeld
 * Identifikation und Beseitigung von Hindernissen sowie Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und prozessbezogenen Fragestellungen
 * Förderung der teamübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
 * Weiterentwicklung agiler Prozesse, Methoden und Standards
