## About the Role

Do you have experience in Workflow management (operations management method)?, In this role you will serve as the operational backbone of the Salesforce environment - managing users, configurations, automations, and integrations that power day-to-day business activity. You bring 1 to 2 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, a detail-oriented approach to data and process management, and the interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams alike., * 1 to 2 years of Salesforce administration experience in a business or enterprise environment

 * Proficiency in Salesforce configuration: objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and permission sets
 * Experience building reports, dashboards, workflows, and validation rules
 * Familiarity with Salesforce Flow or Process Builder for automation
 * Working knowledge of data management tools: Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and deduplication processes
 * Understanding of Salesforce security model including profiles, roles, and sharing rules
 * Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
 * Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations without custom development
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) preferred; equivalent demonstrated experience considered
 * Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus

## Description

* Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, users, roles, profiles, and permissions
 * Create and manage reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and automation
 * Support Salesforce integrations and third-party connected applications
 * Troubleshoot Salesforce access, data, and workflow issues
 * Manage user onboarding, deactivation, and permission assignments within Salesforce
 * Assist with data imports, exports, cleanup, and integrity validation
 * Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and improve workflows
 * Support change management, testing, and deployment activities
 * Monitor Salesforce system health and user adoption
 * Maintain documentation for Salesforce processes and configurations
 * Assist with process automation and operational efficiency initiatives
