## Description

We're looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our Technology & Change team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide family leave cover.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Developer who enjoys working across both front-end and back-end technologies, building high-quality applications, solving complex problems and collaborating with a supportive and agile team.

You'll play a key role in delivering new features, improving existing systems and helping us create technology solutions that make a real difference to our colleagues and customers.

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll:

 * Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using C#, .NET and Angular
 * Build responsive, user-focused front-end experiences using Angular and TypeScript
 * Develop and support back-end services, APIs and integrations.
 * Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code
 * Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and colleagues across Technology & Change to deliver valuable solutions
 * Participate in sprint planning, refinements, code reviews and retrospectives
 * Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and implement effective fixes
 * Contribute ideas that improve performance, quality, security and user experience
 * Support the continuous improvement of our development practices and standards, Flexible working hours with hybrid working for Head Office roles (as agreed with your line manager)
