## About the Role

Are you an experienced 3rd Line Engineer with a passion for solving complex technical issues in a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment?

We're looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our growing team, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries., * Proven experience in a 3rd Line or Senior Infrastructure Engineer role within an MSP.

 * Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP.
 * Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure, Intune, and SharePoint.
 * Solid understanding of networking concepts (VLANs, VPNs, routing, firewalls).
 * Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
 * Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.

Desirable

 * Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, VMware, or similar).
 * Exposure to backup, DR, and monitoring tools (Veeam, Datto, SolarWinds, etc.).
 * Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell preferred).

## Description

* Provide 3rd line technical support for escalated incidents and service requests.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
 * Manage, maintain, and optimise Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and related environments.
 * Support firewall, VPN, and network security solutions (e.g. Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco).
 * Implement new technologies, upgrades, and migrations for client systems.
 * Work closely with 1st and 2nd line teams to ensure smooth escalation and knowledge sharing.
 * Participate in project delivery, system documentation, and continual service improvement.
