The Head of IT will have the manager from each pillar (Infra, Apps, Service) report into them, so previous leadership of a similar level is essential. The Head of IT will also manage 3rd parties and suppliers including SLAs etc across these areas driving operational excellence and support the organisation's digital transformation roadmap.
