## About the Role

Do you have experience in iOS?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be:

 * Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in computer science, information technology, or a related field; AND
 * Five (5) years of responsible network management, computer systems, systems analysis, or related experience

## Description

We're seeking a Network Administrator who brings both technical depth and a customer-first mindset. In this role, you'll support core infrastructure, modern cloud tools like Microsoft Intune and Teams, and the A/V and network systems that keep our organization running smoothly. This is an opportunity to help shape a secure, connected, and forward-looking technology environment.

End User Support & Workstations

 * Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person.
 * Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows workstations.
 * Manage the full lifecycle of peripherals, including printers, scanners, and docking stations.

Microsoft 365 & Security

 * Administer M365 user accounts, licenses, and groups (Distribution and Security.
 * Ensure endpoint compliance by maintaining antivirus definitions and OS patch levels.

MDM/MAM & Intune

 * Enroll and manage mobile devices (iOS/Android) and laptops using Microsoft Intune.
 * Package and deploy applications and configuration profiles to remote and on-site devices.

Network & Telephony

 * Monitor and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues across switches, VLANs, and wireless access points.
 * Perform physical cabling, port patching, and rack organization as needed.
 * Configure and support Teams Phone for voice.

Server & Virtualization

 * Assist with the monitoring of server health and virtual machines (VMware/Nutanix).
 * Perform routine server maintenance, including updates and resource allocation adjustments.
 * Monitor backup jobs and assist with data recovery requests to ensure business continuity.

Meeting & On-Call Support

 * Assist public meetings scheduled during your on-call rotation (Evenings).
 * Respond to incidents during your on-call rotation (After hours).
