## About the Role

* Experience with desktop support, help desk, or technical support
 * Basic hardware and software troubleshooting experience
 * Experience imaging and deploying devices
 * Familiarity with Windows operating systems
 * Exposure to Active Directory and/or Office 365
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when moving equipment

Preferred Experience

 * PC refresh or deployment project experience
 * Hardware installation and configuration
 * End-user support in a professional environment

## Description

We're seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support a large-scale PC refresh and lifecycle replacement project in a healthcare environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on desktop support experience while working with end users and modern technology deployments., * Provide desktop support for Windows-based devices

 * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
 * Image and deploy new PCs and laptops
 * Assist with device replacements and migration activities
 * Support Office 365 and Active Directory-related tasks
 * Decommission and remove outdated equipment
 * Deliver excellent customer service to end users
 * Perform additional technical support duties as assigned
