En rejoignant notre client, vous serez chargé(e) de fournir un support technique de qualité en vous adaptant à un environnement technologique varié - Analyser, diagnostiquer et résoudre des incidents complexes via l'outil de ticketing - Installer et configurer des matériels de l'environnement utilisateur à partir de procédures existantes ou non - Assurer le déploiement des postes informatiques et transmettre les informations aux services concernés

profil recherché

Nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) help desk (F/H) expérimenté(e) pour résoudre des incidents complexes et assurer la gestion informatique.

 - Expérience de 2 ans minimum en support de proximité N2
 - Maîtrise des environnements Windows, Mac OS X, et Microsoft 365
 - Formation en informatique ou certification ITIL appréciée
 - Anglais B1/B2 requis, excellente présentation professionnelle et orale
