Connaissances appréciées : - Microsoft 365 : Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams et SharePoint. - Réseaux et infrastructure : TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, pare-feu, virtualisation, sauvegarde et supervision. - Cybersécurité poste de travail, VoIP/3CX et notions de PowerShell. Vous aimez comprendre, dépanner, expliquer et rendre les outils informatiques plus simples pour les utilisateurs ? Vous avez le sens du service et l'envie de progresser dans un environnement technique varié ? Titulaire d'un Bac+2 en informatique ou équivalent, vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience en support technique, stage ou alternance compris. Vous êtes à l'aise avec Windows, Microsoft Office, les équipements informatiques courants et les environnements utilisateurs. La maîtrise du français est indispensable ; l'anglais est un atout. Curieux(se),
rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et autonome, vous savez gérer les priorités, communiquer avec pédagogie et travailler en équipe.
