Be recognized as a reliable source of information/expertise, be solicited for your coaching expertise. * Ability to leverage extensive networks to influence, negotiate or effectively mediate or coach to find a win-win solution for complex topics and with high-level stakeholders from the client's environment or the SD Worx Group. * Stimulate the open network environment for the sharing of expertise and knowledge, inspiring and coaching others to be part of and actively participate in them. Your knowledge, technical skills, qualifications and experience: * 5 to 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in enterprise networks (multinational) * In-depth knowledge of routing and switching * Expertise in WAN / LAN / WIRELESS LAN / MPLS / Cisco L3 / ISE * Knowledge of protocols such as Static, RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP * Experience with load balancers (F5) * Experience in cloud solutions - Networks (e.g., Azure, Google, Amazon) * Knowledge of VMware NSX (for data center projects) * Firewall expertise (ASA, Palo Alto Panorama) * Understanding of automation and IaC and Script-based languages (e.g. Powershell and C#) or Equivale ## Description based on architectural standards, policies and regulations 3. Align designs with other teams in the technical engineering department 4. Perform a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of major incidents in collaboration with senior engineers 5. Provide level 3 operational support on incidents, resolving complex network issues 6. Prepare (plan) network changes for approval and deployment by the CAB 7. Deploy network changes 8. Document solutions and ensure knowledge transfer within the team 9. Optimize the current environment 10. Maintain and support projects (e.g., data center projects) 11. Design and develop advanced features in a business context 12.
