## About the Role

* Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior (ASIR, DAM, DAW o similar) o titulación universitaria relacionada con Informática o Telecomunicaciones.
 * Al menos 1 año de experiencia como Técnico/a de Sistemas, Soporte IT o puesto similar.
 * Conocimientos básicos de infraestructura y soporte de sistemas.
 * Capacidad para trabajar siguiendo procedimientos y documentación técnica.
 * Proactividad y ganas de aprendizaje continuo., * Conocimientos de herramientas ITSM como BMC Remedy o PagerDuty.
 * Experiencia con herramientas de monitorización como
 + Dynatrace
 + Datadog
 + AppDynamics
 + Grafana
 + ELK Stack
 + New Relic
 + CheckMK
 * Conocimientos básicos de cloud (AWS o Microsoft Azure).
 * Experiencia con Power BI o Power Platform.
 * Conocimientos de automatización mediante UiPath.
 * Nociones de programación en Python.
 * Idiomas catalán fluido (C1), hablado y escrito.

## Description

* Realizar tareas operativas básicas de soporte y administración de sistemas.
 * Monitorizar servicios y plataformas tecnológicas.
 * Gestionar colas de incidencias y realizar escalados de primer nivel.
 * Ejecutar revisiones rutinarias y tareas operativas documentadas.
 * Actualizar documentación técnica, registros y repositorios de información.
 * Participar en la detección inicial de alertas e incidencias.
 * Dar soporte en pruebas funcionales y validaciones técnicas.
 * Colaborar en la elaboración de informes y seguimiento de indicadores de servicio.
 * Aplicar procedimientos de seguridad y buenas prácticas de calidad de datos.
 * Apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua dentro del servicio.
 * Colaborar con los coordinadores técnicos y el Service Manager en tareas operativas.
