This is a varied role covering many key areas of support to a large deployment project and involves both manual support duties, and supporting both hardware and software systems, ensuring equipment is configured correctly, and performing testing before deployment to users or client environments. You will play a key role in maintaining IT infrastructure and ensuring systems are ready for operational use. Responsibilities include: * Manage site assets and book hardware in and out of the main site * Arrange for the disposal of Legacy Hardware when required. * Co-ordinate with other client sites to collect and return equipment/infrastructure back to original location * Update assets on the CMDB as items are securely disposed and as other assets such as network devices are switched between location.
