In this role, the successful candidate supports informed decision making that directly benefits children, young people, and families across the city. The role focuses on turning complex data into meaningful insight, helping the service understand current demand, predict future needs, and shape services that make a real difference. The work supports statutory duties around placement sufficiency, ensuring the right provision is in place now and in the future. The post holder works closely with colleagues and partners to provide clear analysis, influence strategy, and support service improvement across Children's Services. This is a rewarding role where analytical expertise has a direct impact on outcomes for local people. Site-Based role This is a Site-Based role, and you'll be expected to work from the designated workplace.
