## Description

UX Designer

Length: 3 months

Location:Hybrid | London Blackfriars OR Abingdon - 3 days a week

IR35 Status: Outside

Design experiences that put users first.

We're looking for a talented UX Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centred digital products used by a global audience. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Data teams to uncover user needs, solve complex problems, and create seamless digital experiences.

What you'll do:

 * Lead UX activities from discovery through to delivery.
 * Conduct user research and usability testing.
 * Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.
 * Turn customer insights and data into meaningful design decisions.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver great user experiences.
 * Champion user-centred design across the product life cycle.
