 * Erfassen, bearbeiten, lösen der eingehenden Probleme im Rahmen der definierten Prozesse/Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
 * Professionelle (Remote) Unterstützung der IT-Anwender im Hard- & Softwareumfeld (z. B. Client, Outlook, Intranet)
 * Nutzung und Pflege der Datenbanken
