Als Teil unseres technischen Kundenteams unterstützt du den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung von Online-Shops und Web-Backends. Du profitierst von individuellen Lernpfaden, enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams und echten Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten für deine Karriere. Du arbeitest mit E-Commerce-Plattformen wie Shopware, Magento oder PHP-basierten Shops sowie Backend-Technologien wie PHP, SQL oder Node.js. Du nutzt Ticketing- und Kollaborationslösungen wie JIRA und Microsoft Teams, um Anfragen effizient umzusetzen und die Zufriedenheit von Kund:innen zu steigern., * Bearbeite First- und Second-Level-Anfragen rund um Shopfunktionen und technische Störungen

 * Übersetze Kundenanforderungen in umsetzbare Tickets und priorisiere diese in JIRA
 * Unterstütze das Entwicklerteam beim Reproduzieren von Fehlern und bei Tests von Lösungen
 * Administriere Shop-Backends und pflege Schnittstellen zu ERP- und CRM-Systemen
 * Führe Onlinemeetings mit Kund:innen und internen Entwickler:innen via Microsoft Teams durch
 * Dokumentiere Lösungen, pflege die Wissensdatenbank und bringe Optimierungsvorschläge ein
