## Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth IT operations for our Netherlands branch. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to support both hardware and software systems in a dynamic environment., * Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

 * Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, applications, and equipment.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
 * Monitor system performance and ensure IT security compliance.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups.
 * Document support requests, resolutions, and system updates.
 * Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT-related needs.
 * Support IT projects, upgrades, and process improvements.
