* Technische affiniteit, bij voorkeur ervaring met VoIP of netwerkinfrastructuur
 * Vermogen om snel technische documentatie en logs te interpreteren
 * Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel richting klanten als interne collega's
 * Proactieve instelling: je wacht niet af maar signaleert en pakt op
 * Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd: je werkt je tickets bij en maakt je zaken af
 * Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
 * Je bent een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig zijn weg vindt

## Description

Als Technisch Support Medewerker ben jij de spil tussen onze supportafdeling en het operations- en ontwikkelteam. Je lost niet alleen vragen van klanten op, je zorgt er ook voor dat complexere problemen goed worden voorbereid voordat ze worden doorgezet naar de 3e lijn. Daarmee ben je een cruciale schakel die de kwaliteit van onze support naar een hoger niveau tilt. Je werkt voornamelijk op kantoor, bent zichtbaar aanwezig en staat bekend als iemand die collega s verder helpt.

* Beantwoorden van technische vragen van klanten via telefoon en ticketsysteem (Zendesk)
 * Uitvoeren van vooronderzoek op complexe cases vóór escalatie naar operations
 * Beoordelen of een case voldoende is uitgewerkt om door te zetten naar 3e lijns support
 * Schakelen met het ontwikkelteam in Kyiv (in het Engels) over nieuwe functionaliteiten en lopende issues
 * Ondersteunen van collega's op de supportafdeling bij technische vraagstukken
 * Bijdragen aan kennisoverdracht binnen het team, bijvoorbeeld via casebespreking
 * Incidenteel ondersteuning bieden op klantlocatie bij technisch complexere installaties
 * of storingen
