What you'll do Design and deploy AI-powered healthcare systems at scale Build backend services and distributed systems using Python and modern architectures Work on patient communication and triage workflows Contribute to AI agent orchestration and automation layers Build secure healthcare data systems with reliability and compliance in mind Work on low-latency voice/video and real-time interaction systems Integrate with enterprise and healthcare platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous requirements into scalable solutions Help define engineering standards, architecture, and technical direction What we're looking for +5 years building complex, production-grade systems Strong backend engineering experience with: Python distributed systems scalable architectures Experience working on: AI-driven communication systems triage or workflow automation AI agent orchestration secure data platforms Ability to translate ambiguous problems into practical engineering solutions
