validate performance and reliability. - Customer & API Champion Support: serve as primary operational point of contact for API Champions and customer technical teams on onboarding, testing, interpreting errors, understanding API behavior, and resolving environment or platform issues. - Documentation & Knowledge Management: maintain support guides, troubleshooting playbooks, and test cases; document lessons learned, known issues, and best practices; contribute to functional analysis and small enhancements. - Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: track recurring issues and propose improvements to API design, implementation, testing flows, or governance; support performance analysis and collaborate with Architecture and Product teams on enhancements, deprecations, and roadmap alignment.
