## Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure smooth operation of systems and networks. This role requires a proactive professional with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver timely support to employees and clients. The IT Support Specialist will play a key role in maintaining Ewmch BV's reputation for excellence in IT services., * Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

 * Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
 * Document support requests, incidents, and resolutions.
 * Collaborate with IT teams to implement upgrades and improvements.
 * Ensure compliance with Netherlands' IT regulations and company policies.
 * Support audits, reviews, and internal assessments related to IT operations.
 * Deliver training and guidance to staff on IT tools and best practices.
