* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 * 7+ years of IT experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.
 * Prior IT leadership or supervisory experience.
 * Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
 * Knowledge of SOX IT controls and compliance requirements.
 * Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing setting.
 * Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or other regulated industries.
 * Familiarity with operational technology (OT) and plant-floor systems.
 * Exposure to Industry 4.0, IoT, or smart manufacturing initiatives.

## Description

Seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead site IT operations supporting manufacturing, business systems, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. This role oversees IT infrastructure, ERP platforms, production-supporting technologies, and IT staff while partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Quality teams. The position requires regular onsite presence in a manufacturing environment., * Manage day-to-day IT operations supporting manufacturing and business functions.

 * Ensure reliability and performance of production-critical systems and plant-floor technologies.
 * Support automation, data collection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Serve as the escalation point for IT issues impacting operations.
 * Support manufacturing, inventory, and financial workflows through ERP systems.
 * Manage integrations between ERP, shop-floor, and reporting systems.
 * Maintain IT controls supporting SOX compliance.
 * Support internal and external audits.
 * Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, access management, and change control standards.
 * Oversee networks, servers, endpoints, and manufacturing devices.
 * Ensure system uptime, performance, and security.
 * Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
 * Lead onsite IT staff and contractors.
 * Coordinate with corporate IT teams and third-party vendors.
 * Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and support services.
