## About the Role

Be part of a fast?paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays
What you need to succeed in this role:
Native Slovak speaker and excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level)
At least 6?12 months of live chat support experience, preferably in crypto or financial services
Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience
Crypto industry knowledge
CRM experience in Salesforce
Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem?solving skills
Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
Personal computer (at least 8 Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
Will be a great plus:
Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience
