 * Sie zeichnen sich durch Entscheidungsstärke, Veränderungskompetenz und die Fähigkeit aus, heterogene Teams durch Transformationsphasen zu führen.
 * Sie verfügen über ein professionelles Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern und punkten mit einer klaren Kommunikation.
